Hold digital assets like an institution.

CoreFi combines HSM-backed key management, segregated client accounts and policy-driven controls so banks and fintechs can offer crypto services with confidence.

Why CoreFi

Security, segregation and operational flexibility.

A multi-tier wallet architecture and tightly governed key management bring the controls of traditional finance to digital asset operations, without giving up speed or breadth of coverage.

01

HSM & MPC keys

HSM-backed key management with multi-party computation to remove single points of failure. Deployments are designed to support FIPS 140-2 Level 3 HSMs where required by the deploying institution.

02

Multi-blockchain

Native support for Ethereum, Bitcoin, Polygon, Solana and additional EVM and non-EVM networks under unified wallet management.

03

Segregated accounts

Per-client wallet structures with on-chain segregation between client balances. Proof-of-reserves reporting is supported as an optional capability for issuers that require it.

Capabilities

Operational controls for digital asset programs.

Hot/warm/cold architecture

Three-tier wallet architecture balances security with operations, with automated sweeping to optimize exposure.

Transaction signing

Multi-signature and MPC signing with configurable approval flows, time-locked transactions and spending limits.

Policy engine

Granular policies for approvals, withdrawal windows, counterparty management and per-product limits.

Audit trail

Append-only logs of every wallet operation, exportable for regulators and auditors.

How it fits together

Operator console, wallets, keys, policy — one platform.

CoreFi separates the layers of a digital-asset operation so that signing, policy and reporting stay aligned at every step.

Built for AI agents

Operations, reporting and risk — agent-prepared, human-approved.

Custody operations are policy-heavy and exception-driven. CoreFi exposes typed agent tools so AI workflows stay inside the operating institution's policy and approval perimeter.

Custody Operations Agent

Prepares signing requests from instructions, validates them against policy and drafts case notes for the operator. The operator approves before any transaction is broadcast on-chain.

Reporting Agent

Assembles holdings reports, attestation data and statements from the platform's authoritative wallet records. The compliance officer reviews each artefact before it is shared with clients or supervisors.

Risk Agent

Flags counterparty exposure, address and policy anomalies; drafts policy-change proposals for review. The risk committee of the operating institution decides on every change.

Buyer journeys

Three operating models CoreFi supports today.

Banks adding crypto services

Credit institutions extending their service catalogue with safekeeping and administration of digital assets for clients, under their existing licence and supervisory perimeter.

Authorised crypto-asset service providers

VASPs and authorised CASPs scaling beyond self-built wallets onto institutional infrastructure, with the audit, segregation and policy controls supervisors expect.

Tokenization issuers

Issuers of tokenized securities, funds and asset-backed programmes running their issuer-side custody — segregating reserves and operational holdings from client assets.

Regulatory perimeter

Custody technology — not the custodian.

CoreFi provides the technology, the operational controls and the audit trail. Authorisation to provide custody and administration of crypto-assets — under the MiCA framework for crypto-asset service providers, under existing local crypto-asset or VASP regimes, or under the operating institution's banking licence — remains with the institution operating the service. CoreFi does not act as custodian for the institution's clients; the institution and its officers retain responsibility for client-asset segregation, safeguarding and ongoing compliance posture.
