Compliance-by-design tokens
KYC and AML status, eligibility flags, holding periods and transfer restrictions are encoded in the token contract. Every transfer is checked against the issuer's policy before it settles on-chain.
One platform to issue, distribute and service tokenized funds, bonds, real estate and commodities. Token contracts enforce eligibility and transfer rules. The issuer back office keeps the cap-table, corporate actions, payouts and supervisory reporting in sync with the chain.
The SPV, the register of holders, the distributions, the NAV, the corporate actions and the regulator-facing reporting decide whether a tokenized programme can operate. CoreFi packages those layers into one platform, so the token, the cap-table and the books stay consistent from issuance to maturity.
Tokenization tools tend to fall into two camps: smart-contract toolkits with no operational backbone, or issuance suites locked to a single chain. CoreFi is platform software for licensed issuers, distributors and fund managers who need both: programmable token contracts plus the operational, audit and reporting layer of an institutional back office, multi-chain by default.
KYC and AML status, eligibility flags, holding periods and transfer restrictions are encoded in the token contract. Every transfer is checked against the issuer's policy before it settles on-chain.
Break high-value assets into smaller tradable units and lower minimum tickets to as little as €100, within the eligibility and marketing rules of each jurisdiction the issuer is authorised to serve.
Deploy on Ethereum, Polygon and supported permissioned enterprise chains. Pick the right network per programme; the back office, key management and reporting stay unified.
Every position, transfer, distribution and corporate action is traceable from the issuer's books to the on-chain record. Auditors and supervisors get a single, consistent view.
Each asset class uses the same issuance, servicing and reporting engine. The difference is the legal wrapper and the cash-flow logic.
Fund and feeder vehicles distributed as tokens, with NAV-driven subscriptions and redemptions, gating logic and investor-eligibility checks enforced at the contract level.
Tokenized bond programmes with coupon schedules, redemption logic and supervisory reporting, for sovereigns, financial institutions and corporates issuing under the appropriate authorisation.
SPV-wrapped property or portfolio programmes with rental-income distributions, occupancy reporting and exit-event handling built into the token lifecycle.
Asset-backed programmes covering commodities, structured receivables and supply-chain finance, with verifiable links between the token and the underlying asset and automated cash-flow distribution.
Issuance is a week. Servicing is a decade. CoreFi gives the issuer's operations team one governed workspace for everything after launch.
Authoritative register reconciled with the on-chain record. Dividends, splits, redemptions and conversions are calculated on-platform, posted on-chain and reflected on every report.
Coupon, dividend, rental-income and redemption events scheduled, calculated and reconciled against the cap-table at every settlement window. Treasury approval stays with a human officer.
NAV calculation, fee accruals and pricing feeds for fund vehicles, with scheduled cuts, audit packs and supervisory exports for each period.
White-label portal for onboarding, subscriptions, statements, documents and tax forms, with primary issuance flows and hooks for secondary transfers through licensed venues.
Prospectuses, resolutions, attestations and investor notices versioned in one vault, with delivery tracking and counsel-review hooks built into the workflow.
Position, transfer and holder reports, tax-ready extracts and regulator-facing feeds, packaged for the issuer, its auditors and its supervisors.
The same lifecycle data feeds three audiences. CoreFi keeps the operational record consistent across all of them. The full platform design is documented on the architecture page.
Tokenized programmes are document-heavy and deadline-driven. CoreFi exposes typed agent tools so AI-driven operations run inside the same permissions, policy gates and approval queues as the issuer's human team.
Drafts token-design parameters, assembles SPV and prospectus checklists and prepares investor packs. Counsel and the issuer's officers approve every artefact before launch.
Schedules and reconciles distributions, redemptions and corporate actions. The treasurer of the issuing entity approves every payout before funds move.
Builds NAV statements, holder reports, tax extracts and supervisory submissions from the platform's authoritative data, with full lineage to the issuer's books and chain events.
CoreFi provides the technology and the operational controls. Regulatory authorisation, prospectus approval, marketing-rule compliance and ongoing supervisory obligations remain with the licensed issuer, distributor or fund manager in each jurisdiction. CoreFi does not provide regulated issuance, investment services or custody of client assets. The platform's audit trail, transfer-rule enforcement and reporting feeds are designed to make the issuer's obligations easier to evidence; they do not transfer them.
How we operate the platform side of that boundary, including security, data protection and audit evidence, is documented in the Trust Center. Production deployments and verified platform metrics are listed on CoreFi in Production.
